1. Cancellation of an order before payment

The user has the right to cancel an order at any stage until payment is made. Before payment is made, returns are possible without any restrictions.

2. No cancellation after delivery of digital content

Due to the nature of the Products, which consist of digital license keys with unique characteristics, cancellation or return is not possible once the Order has been paid for and the Product has been delivered or made available to the User. By completing the purchase, the User acknowledges and agrees that the supply of digital content begins immediately after payment, resulting in the loss of any statutory right of withdrawal where applicable under law.

3. Refund in case of impossibility of fulfillment of obligations

In the event that the Site Administration cannot fulfill its obligations to provide the paid goods, the User is refunded the amount paid. The refund is made through the same financial instrument that was used for payment. In exceptional cases, a different method of return may be offered, which will be communicated to the User on the Site or through the Administration.

4. Return of goods under a separate agreement

If the Administration of the Site and the User reach an agreement on the return of goods, only the amount paid for the goods is subject to return. From the returned amount may be deducted costs associated with the commissions of third parties (such as payment systems, agents, banks and other intermediaries) incurred in the transfer and return of funds.

5. Refund by third parties

The User agrees that the return of funds can be carried out by third parties acting on behalf of the Site Administration. The User is obliged to accept the return of funds from such third parties, if the Site Administration considers it necessary.
